Ali Baba’s gyros are the best in the United States. When you eat one, it’s almost as if the rest of the world goes gray. Thanks Mohammad.

The secret: meat mix. Combine short ribs, top sirloin, and ribeye with a charcoal grill and Craig Walker. Blue cheese, aged cheddar, reduced Vidalia onions, shitake mushrooms and maple bacon help too. Wow.
