Grindin’ / Rouses – Lafayette, LA

Everyone knows the key to a great burger is a fresh grind. Lotta people have their own secret blends & prep, but I like keeping it simple.

Via new Rouses in Lafayette, a 50/40/10 blend of prime rib eye, top sirloin, and pork short rib, makes for a beautiful burg. Little salt and pepper, done.
